KATHY MILESKI
BHSc., MSc.PT, CAFCI
Registered Physiotherapist
Kathy Mileski loves the idea of helping others be as mobile and active as they possibly can. She believes that every person has the potential to do amazing things. That belief bolstered by her training and experience has helped her clients to achieve success in their rehab goals no matter where they are in terms of their recovery.
Kathy approach involves looking at a person as a whole. She thinks that being open to the idea that different approaches might work best for different clients improves the likelihood of positive outcomes. To that end, Kathy has incorporated mindfulness-based practice and teachings into her work in recent years. She calls it a powerful, yet often untapped, tool in every person’s possession capable of transforming lives. It changes the way her clients think about their health and their ability to impact their own health.
