Having worked in both rehabilitation and acute care settings as a physiotherapist, Christine Davies has gained valuable experience working with a variety of populations; from neurological to orthopaedic to geriatrics. As a certified nutritionist and yoga instructor, Christine believes strongly in a holistic approach to wellness. She places importance on the practice of mindfulness and how this relates to health. She is also a practitioner of pelvic floor physiotherapy with skills to assess and treat individuals with pelvic floor pain, incontinence and other related symptoms.

I had a great experience with Propel physiotherapy. Christine was amazing in every way!! She was so knowledgeable and helped me get back to where i could perform my work duties and other activities in my everyday life. She worked hard to find the solution to my pain and really cared for me. I would recommend propel to anyone I know. I’m thankful to have had the outcome I did. Christine really cared for me as a person and was so kind.

Christine and Propel Physio worked wonders for my back issues and Sciatica. I was in a rough spot prior to finding Propel; with Christine’s guidance, exercise routines and progress tracking – I was able to have a clear path to recovery.

I went to Christine to prepare for labor and delivery, as well as for post partum care. I had an amazing birth experience, and I truly believe it was from the techniques I learned from Christine. It was lovely to work with her and I would recommend any expecting or new mum to see her.
