Amy Saward has a passion for living an active lifestyle. She feels that activity can come in a variety of forms and can be adapted to suit all abilities and attributes. She puts an emphasis on listening to clients and what their needs and goals may be.
Amy assists in developing individual exercise programs to meet the client where they are, whether the client has an orthopaedic injury, acute or chronic condition, brain injury or wishes to achieve a fitness goal.

Amy holds a bachelor of science specializing in kinesiology from McMaster University. She is a member in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association.
She has worked in a variety of settings as a kinesiologist/physiotherapy assistant, including in clinic, in community, rehabilitation support, and working with a physiatrist completing comprehensive assessments.

Her husband and daughters also share a love for being outdoors and spending lots of time together. She has also been honing her skills at crochet over the last several years.
