Brianna takes a functional, client-centered approach to care, focusing on improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery through evidence-based exercise and education. She believes in treating the whole person—addressing both the physical and mental aspects of injury—and encourages clients to return to the activities they love with confidence. Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, return-to-work programming, post-operative recovery, active rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation, with particular experience working with clients recovering from mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI) and concussion.

Brianna earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Trent University and has been a Registered Kinesiologist since 2022. She is a member in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and the Ontario Kinesiology Association. She brings over three years of experience working in a multidisciplinary clinical setting, supporting a diverse population including WSIB clients, motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients, long-term disability (LTD) cases, post-operative clients, and neurological clients recovering from MTBI and concussion. Her collaborative work with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers has equipped her to develop and deliver personalized, results-driven rehabilitation plans.

She enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, and exploring nature—as well as staying active through soccer, hockey, and working out at the gym.
