The best physiotherapy in Durham. I’ve tried a couple places before and none of them were as thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy as Propel. I have issues with my pelvic floor and Tania is THE ONE! I also get massage therapy from Mahindra and he is AMAZING. I cannot express how much the staff at this place care about you and make you feel so welcome. They’re professional yet personal and it truly shows that they want the best for you. I could go on and on but in summary, trust them and book your appointment- I’m never going anywhere else.

I was looking for a long time for an occupational therapist to help with some mobility issues at work. I am beyond grateful that Gabriel-the occupational therapist there-totally understood my issues and highlighted some other issues I should be aware of. He took the time to listen patiently and provide guidance. Forever grateful. The ladies at the reception were always pleasant and thoughtful. Great team!

Mr. Daniel Jin, my physiotherapist, has done a great job in assisting me on my back and neck problems. He has reviewed my condition, designed a program, and has recommended exercises tailored to my condition. He has advised me on the ergonomic or layout of my study area to mitigate severe problems of my back. His personalized approach on the issues is not only effective but safe as well. He is professional and friendly at the same time. I highly recommend him if you have issues the same as mine.
