SABRINA LA ROSA
MScPT, Ba.Sc.Kin, R.Kin (Inactive Class)
Registered Physiotherapist
Sabrina La Rosa has always been interested in movement. As a soccer player from a very young age, she learned about the mechanics of the body and how to use it to improve her game and prevent injuries. Her passion for sport ultimately led her towards a career in movement – first working as a kinesiologist and now in physiotherapy.
Sabrina uses her kinesiology background to combine exercise therapy with manual treatment for her patients. Her placements during school allowed her to work with multiple types of patients, including pediatrics and orthopedic injuries, which combined with her prior work experience with neurological injuries has her excited to use this knowledge to help her patients reach their goals.
Education & Training
Sabrina La Rosa graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with an Honours Bachelors of Applied Science in Kinesiology. She also graduated from McMaster University with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy.
Sabrina is certified in soft tissue release and has also completed a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion with Honours from Humber College.
Sabrina is a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapist’s of Ontario, and holds membership with both the Ontario Physiotherapy Association and Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Passions & Pursuits
Sabrina’s favourite pastime is soccer. She has played the sport since a very young age. As an avid reader, she enjoys just chilling out and relax on the couch with a good book. If she’s not reading about the field of kinesiology and ways to better herself, you can either find her at the gym or playing soccer.
She has a passion for learning and looks forward to growing as a physiotherapist.
I had a traumatic brain injury and my progress has been outstanding thanks to the knowledge and encouragement of the staff in the clinic. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, you can really tell they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this location because they produce results!

After a traumatic injury I was referred to Amanda at Propel for physiotherapy. Amanda is amazing and I attribute the progress I have made thus far to her. Through her I’ve also been referred to other services offered at Propel, including massage therapy and pelvic physiotherapy and everyone I have worked with is excellent. The staff at Propel genuinely care about their clients and seek a holistic approach to recovery. I recommend the clinic and their services to everyone I know who is seeking treatment for injuries and pain. Thank you, Propel!

I was injured severely 4 years ago. I have needed an abundance of physiotherapy as well as massage therapy. This clinic has given me by far the greatest and most successful care and rehabilitation to get back to my life. The staff are extremely knowledgeable in their field and not only treat you as a client but as a friend or family member.
