Registered Physiotherapist
Nirma is passionate about providing kind and compassionate care. She believes the most effective physiotherapy treatment happens within a safe and comfortable environment, where rehab is meaningful and makes sense. Rehab looks different for every person, and Nirma believes that every person has the potential to improve and change. At the heart of her treatments is a conversation first, and exercise second.
Nirma has a special interest in treating conditions relating to the nervous system, such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, concussions, ALS, multiple sclerosis, and peripheral nerve injuries after her exposure to and treatment of these conditions in both acute care, and in community settings. She is also experienced in treating complex orthopedic injuries, systemic conditions, pediatric conditions, and amputations.
She has continued to work in an in-patient rehabilitation setting, as well as in private neurological rehab, treating clients with amputations, cardiac conditions, orthopaedic and athletic injuries, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries in clients from ages 2 years and up.
I had a traumatic brain injury and my progress has been outstanding thanks to the knowledge and encouragement of the staff in the clinic. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, you can really tell they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this location because they produce results!

Overall experience has been very positive. I received consistent care from Nirma and was impressed by her level of knowledge and experience. Nirma offers a playful and kind energy during a challenging transition. I also had the chance to work with Jackson and he is very dedicated, professional, encouraging and knowledgable. I am grateful that I was able to work through my progression from a spinal cord injury with Nirma and Jackson. The staffs are friendly and professional, as well. I would highly recommend Nirma and Jackson at Propel Physiotherapy.

I was injured severely 4 years ago. I have needed an abundance of Physiotherapy as well as Massage Therapy. This clinic has given me by far the greatest and most successful care and rehabilitation to get back to my life. The staff are extremely knowledgeable in their field and not only treat you as a client but as a friend or family member as well. Propel Physiotherapy is an amazing name for this clinic because it has propelled my recovery! I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.
