SIMONE COSTA

RMT, CD(DONA), ND Grad.

Registered Massage Therapist

Simone is passionate about helping others find a better version of themselves in health. She believes that listening to what people need and providing a safe space for them to share their concerns is the first and most important step in their health journey. She then uses her knowledge and skills to devise a treatment plan that best addresses their needs.
As an RMT, Simone helps people with pain management, stress reduction, postural imbalances, and chronic conditions like headaches, low back pain, and injuries including strains, sprains and tendonitis. She also helps women during their perinatal period with pain, post-surgery recovery and stress management. As a birth Doula, she is experienced at guiding and providing comfort to women throughout the birthing process with up-to-date information, relaxation techniques, massage and energy healing techniques.
