This small group therapeutic yoga flow class is ideal for people experiencing persistent health conditions – physical and/or mental, as well as mobility-related challenges. The instructor & therapist will adapt each class in order to address the participants’ specific and changing needs.

PWR!Moves Parkinson’s Exercise Class with Claire

Bootcamps Etobicoke

Indoor bootcamps at Propel Physiotherapy Etobicoke are led by kinesiologist Sabrina La Rosa. Sabrina incorporates full-body exercises, adapted for people of all levels of fitness into her sessions. Participants work on improving cardiovascular and musculoskeletal fitness in a variety of movements, all while listening to some good music to improve morale.

Balance & Posture Class
