Propel Physiotherapy is a clinician-led, privately-owned rehabilitation centre serving communities across Southern Ontario. We are one of the region’s leading providers of specialized neurological and complex orthopedic rehabilitation—a trusted partner for clients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and complex orthopedic conditions.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to build a meaningful career in a supportive, collaborative environment—where your clinical judgment is valued, your growth is prioritized, and you have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field of rehabilitation including hand therapy and neuro-rehabilitation.
About Propel Physiotherapy
Established in 2016, Propel Physiotherapy is one of Southern Ontario’s leading assessment and rehabilitation centres for people recovering from neurological, complex orthopaedic, and sports-related injuries. We offer occupational therapy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, exercise therapy, mindfulness, and acupuncture services from three clinic locations in Etobicoke, Pickering, and Peterborough, as well as in the community (mobile) and virtually.
Our clinics feature large accessible spaces with private treatment rooms, an open-gym concept, and a range of therapeutic equipment including LiteGait, Keeogo, and Neuroskin. We provide administrative team support to facilitate paperwork, booking, and billing.
Location: This role will service two of our three clinic locations—Etobicoke and Pickering—with the ability to service clients in-clinic and, on occasion, in the surrounding community.

| What Sets Us Apart At Propel Physiotherapy | Other Big Clinics |
| Privately-owned, clinician-led practice—we answer to our patients, not to corporate shareholders | Corporate chain mandates that prioritize volume over outcomes |
| Clinicians have the autonomy to develop personalized, adaptive care plans | Cookie-cutter treatment protocols |
| 1–1.5 hour sessions—no pressure to rush through appointments | High-volume, low-quality care models |
| Mentorship from a Certified Hand Therapist with 33 years of experience | Limited access to senior expertise |
| We invest in your growth through education, research, and clear career pathways | Feeling stuck with no room to grow |
| A genuinely collaborative, client-centred culture where providers work together | Working in silos |
