Adrianne Carbone’s work as a physiotherapist assistant goes hand in hand with her passion for fitness. She has always been an advocate for exercise across the lifespan, and promoting independence regardless of age or limitation.
Adrianne puts her most authentic self forward to make her clients feel comfortable and build a strong rapport with them. With effective communication and active listening, she uses her creative side to establish engaging and goal-oriented treatment sessions.

Adrianne Carbone is a graduate of the Niagara College Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant Program. Through school placements and work, she gained experience in children’s rehabilitation, acute care and rehabilitation in hospital setting, long-term care, and private care with a focus on neuro-rehabilitation.

In her youth, Adrianne was a competitive dancer, which instilled a very strong discipline for fitness in her. As an adult, she has been dedicated to strength training, power lifting, and Olympic lifting.
She has also dabbled in CrossFit, rock climbing, and the occasional hike! Aside from physical endeavors, Adrianne spends her time reading, drawing, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.
